Initially based from 2014 in our Property Management Accounting Team, Kristiana is now chasing her dreams of becoming a Chartered Suveyor. Realising that her ‘BAs Photography with Computing Studies’ degree was impractical – pocket rocket Kris blasts the property management like a SpaceX engine taking an Astronaut to space.

Mayfield Asset and Property Management GmbH are pleased to announce the successful sale of an office campus near Koblenz to an institutional investor. The Forum Mayen asset is located in the heart of the Rheinland-Palatinate region.
Following a Mayfield led stabilisation program, including agreeing with new long-term leases with the police and the local authority's finance department, overseeing and recommending a series of capex initiatives to incentivise the occupiers to remain.
The sale of Forum Mayen represents the penultimate asset of a 120,000 sqm German wide portfolio which Mayfield have successfully transacted.
Mayfield Asset & Property Management GmbH's leisure team have completed a sale of the former Arabella Hotel at Munich Airport on behalf of an international investor to a UAE purchaser.
This vacant, former Sheraton hotel, extends to approximately 8,000 sqm and comprises 170 guest rooms and conference centre facilities.

Acting as investment agent and transaction manager, the property was previously held in an NPL of circa 77,000sqm of retail property.
